Mountainlands is here to assist residents of Summit and Wasatch Counties on the road to economic self-sufficiency via income-restricted home ownership and rentals. We are a citizen’s advocate, providing education, counseling and resources to help all residents find housing within their means.

  • Request For Proposals

    Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT), a nonprofit advocate for affordable housing in Summit and Wasatch counties, seeks a consultant to perform an affordable housing nexus study that will quantify affordable housing demand attributable to new residential and nonresidential development in Summit and Wasatch Counties.  The study will be used to support and update local inclusionary zoning (affordable housing) ordinances.   • Bob Wells Scholarship Award

    Mountainlands provided three $1,000 scholarships to three deserving graduating seniors on Tuesday. The Board and staff are proud to support Park City High School students with the Bob Wells Mountainlands Award each year.
