Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT) will have a busy summer with the 76 unit Elmbridge Apartments under construction in Heber City. In addition, the Prestige Senior Living Center project that MCHT is co-developing with the Wasatch County Housing Authority, also in Heber City, will start soon. Both projects will have income restrictions for tenants receiving reduced rent. Sign up for the wait list on our website.

Homes at Heber City

Wasatch County Housing Authority and Utah Housing Corporation have partnered in the construction of three homes at Heber City. They are currently under construction and will be ready to move in this fall.

Scott Loomis - Citizen of the Year

Scott Loomis, Executive Director of Mountainlands Community Housing Trust, received the “Linda Singer- Berret Professional Citizen of the Year” award from the Park City Rotary Club. Presenting the award were MCHT’s Board President Bob Wells and Board Member Bob Richer.
