Over the years, Mountainlands has been an advocate for affordable rentals, and we have a variety of properties reserved for low-income residents. These properties are in high demand, and getting on the waitlist is typically the only way to secure an affordable rental.Show Me
Whether you have a house, condo, or just a spare room available, we can help you get started as a landlord. Standard lease terms are usually for six months or a year, but seasonal workers in Park City often need a room for just a few months. Your rental property may be just what a new family or local needs to feel at home in our town. Click the link below for sample leases, roommate agreements, and a listing engine.List Your Rental
Housing for People, not for Profit
Mountainlands is here to assist residents of Summit and Wasatch Counties on the road to economic self-sufficiency via income-restricted home ownership and rentals. We are a citizen’s advocate, providing education, counseling and resources to help all residents find housing within their means.
Congratulations to our very own Bruce Crane! Last night Mountainlands Community Housing Trust presented the “Robert W. “Bob” Wells Award” to Bruce Crane, a long-time employee of MCHT for his exemplary service to affordable housing.
The Roommate Roundup is back for the 2016 ski season. Every Tuesday afternoon from 4-5 pm from November 15th to December 6th, we will co-host the Roommate Roundup with the Christian Center of Park City and meet at the Park City Library on Park Ave. Looking for a roommate? Have a property or an extra room to rent? Attend the roundup and find the perfect roommate!
