Market Rate Homes
In 2004, Mountainlands Community Housing Trust purchased 52 lots in North Bench Farms Subdivision in Oakley, Utah. A majority of the lots were used for affordable housing programs but several were utilized for construction of lower cost market rate homes. New 3 bedroom 2 bath homes on large lots, ranging from 1380 – 1502 square feet with full unimproved basements are available. Financing with subsidized interest rates make these homes affordable for low income families.
