The Woods of Parley’s Lane
Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT) received a required donation of four lots from the developers of The Woods of Parley’s Lane a subdivision located in the Snyderville Basin north of Interstate 80 east of the Parley’s exit. Four homes were built in 2009 –two 3-bedroom homes of approximately 2000 square feet each and two 4-bedroom homes of approximately 2500 square feet each. These are the largest restricted affordable homes in Summit County. All homes are Energy Star Certified.
These homes were sold under a land-lease and were priced at approximately $270,000-$300,000 and will be limited to 3% appreciation per year. The purchasers of the homes are two families earning under 50% AMI, one under 60% AMI and one under 80% AMI.
