Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT) will have a busy summer with the 76 unit Elmbridge Apartments under construction in Heber City. In addition, the Prestige Senior Living Center project that MCHT is co-developing with the Wasatch County Housing Authority, also in Heber City with construction under way. Scott Loomis - Citizen of the Year

Scott Loomis, Executive Director of Mountainlands Community Housing Trust, received the “Linda Singer- Berret Professional Citizen of the Year” award from the Park City Rotary Club. Presenting the award were MCHT’s Board President Bob Wells and Board Member Bob Richer.
