Mountainlands Community Housing Trust engages in numerous programs to help achieve its mission of affordable housing.

Our Housing Resource Center responds to more than 5,000 housing requests.

Mountainlands Transitions is a supportive housing program of five scattered-site transitional housing units and supportive services for homeless families and individuals.

In November 2006, MCHT celebrated the groundbreaking of its 100th home since 2002. 

We built 32 units of for-sale affordable housing from 2002 to 2005.

    • Phase I: 7 homes, 4 bedroom/2 bath, 2 car garage (completed March 2003)
    • Phase II: 8 homes, 4 bedroom/2 bath, 2 car garage (completed September 2004)
    • Phase III: 5 homes, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 2 car garage (completed May 2005)
    • Phase IV:8 homes, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, 2 car garage (completed August 2006) 
    • Phase V: 12 homes, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 2 car garage (completed June 2007)
  • North Bench Farms: 12 units, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1 car garage
  • CROWN: 8 homes were built in Kamas, Oakley and Coalville under Utah Housing Corporation’s CROWN Lease to Own program (completed 2005)
  • The Line Condominiums: 10 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and 2 renovated historical homes (completed 2006)
  • Market Rate Homes, Oakley, Utah
    • 24 new homes in North Bench Farms
    • Phase VI, 10 homes (will commenced March 2008)
