Overview
In 2004, Mountainlands Community Housing Trust purchased 52 lots in North Bench Farms Subdivision in Oakley, Utah. A majority of the lots were used for affordable housing programs but several were utilized for construction of lower cost market rate homes. The entire subdivision will be completed by December 2007.
