HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER

The Housing Resource Center (HRC) provides a weekly update inventory list for persons seeking rental housing. Approximately 5,000 people utilize this inventory annually. The list is comprised from the local paper, property management companies, individuals with properties to rent and roommates seeking individuals to share rent. The inventory is available online or can be picked up at our office.

The inventory is provided at no charge thanks to generous grants from Park City Municipal Corporation, Summit County and American Express Centurion Bank. Their annual service contracts with MCHT ensures the HRC’s longevity.

In addition, the Housing Resource Center provides roommate referral programs, mediation in tenant/landlord disputes, assistance in securing housing assistance, community housing forums and home buyer education seminars.
