Silver Star Project 

There is  an affordable housing homeownership opportunity at a project called Silver Star. All units are one-bedrooms - around 670 sq. ft. Sale prices will range from $153,000 and $193,000. Qualified buyers for the affordable units will: 

• be first time buyers
•  be currently employed in the Park City Limits for a minimum of 1560 hours/yr and has been continuously employed in the Park City limits for a minimum of 1560 per calendar year for the past 24 months; and
• have a household income that does not exceed 150 percent of the Park City Workforce Housing Wage ($78,419)
