CITY-ASSISTED HOUSING APPLICATION

Applications for city assisted housing are available here for you to download, print and complete. Competed applications can be submitted to Mountainlands Community Housing Trust by mail, email, or fax. 

There is currently a wait list for all city assisted housing units. To be placed on the wait list, please submit a completed application to our offices. We cannot add names to the wait list over the phone.
